Refund policy

Returns & refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition
  • Have all original tags attached and intact
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Be free from odours, stains, or damage

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed. Items returned in poor condition — including visible wear, staining, or damage — will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Wrong item returned

If an item is received that does not correspond to the original order — including items from other brands or unknown origin — the return will be refused and no refund will be issued. The item may be returned to the sender at their cost, or disposed of at our discretion.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Grown in Silence is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

How to initiate a return

Please log in to your account at growninsilence.com/account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. If you checked out as a guest, contact us at support@growninsilence.com with your order number.

We photograph all returned items upon receipt. These records are used in the event of a dispute.
