1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between the seller (Iuliia Borisova, Reg. No. 06204945) and the buyer in connection with purchase contracts concluded through the online store, in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

1.2. The online store operates at www.growninsilence.com

1.3. These Terms do not apply to purchases made for business or commercial purposes.

1.4. These Terms are available in English and Czech. In case of discrepancy, the Czech version prevails for customers in the Czech Republic.

1.5. The seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on the website.

2. Customer Account

After registering on our website, customers may access a personal account to place and manage orders. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3. Order and Purchase Contract

The purchase contract is formed when the buyer submits an order and receives a confirmation email from us at support@growninsilence.com. Product listings on our website are informational and do not constitute a binding offer to sell.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency applicable to your region. Payment is processed securely by card through our payment provider. The seller is not a VAT payer.

5. Returns and Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Exceptions include custom-made items and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear or swimwear).

To initiate a return, log in to your account at growninsilence.com/account and submit a return request. Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship through contracted carriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.

7. Complaints and Warranty

7.1. We are responsible for ensuring that goods are free from defects at the time of delivery and match the described specifications.

7.2. You may file a complaint within 24 months of receiving your order.

7.3. To file a complaint, email us at support@growninsilence.com with a description of the issue, your contact details, and your preferred resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).

7.4. We will process your complaint without undue delay, and no later than 30 days from the date it is received.

7.5. If your complaint is valid, we will cover reasonable costs associated with resolving it.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, delivery, customer communication, and accounting obligations, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Czech law.

Your data may be shared with third parties (carriers, payment processors) only where necessary to fulfil your order. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer your personal data, and to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by Czech law.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
